1. Pre-registration is mandatory to receive services, and will only be accepted with accurate and complete personal information (including full name and identification details). Registration without a prior appointment, using someone else’s documents or information, or transferring an appointment to another person is strictly prohibited.
2. Iraqi pilgrims may register only using their National ID (بطاقة وطنية) or Civil Status ID (هوية أحوال), while non-Iraqi pilgrims must register with their passport number. It is mandatory to present either the original or a copy of the registered document, along with the tracking number or QR code, on the day of attendance.
3. Each person is allowed to use only one appointment. Multiple registrations or receiving more than one service for a single individual during the same period is not permitted and will result in the cancellation of the appointment.
